The Village - Membership/Fees

Membership Fee

Your membership fee for The Village entitles you to an Associate Membership to the Riverside Lodge Retirement Community. With this Membership, you receive a number of benefits and advantages, including use of the swim spa and exercise equipment.

Homeowners at The Village also receive a priority admission to Independent Living Apartments or Assisted Living Apartments. In addition, Associate Members also have access to a number of other services for a reasonable fee:
· Fitness Program
· Food Service
· Housekeeping
· Transportation
· Banking
· Emergency Call System

The non-refundable membership fee for The Village is $2500. A minimum of 50% is due at the time of your new home purchase. The balance of the fee is payable upon completion of your home.

Association Fees Your Association Fees at The Village pay for a number of high-value services:
· Exterior maintenance of your home
· Sanitation service
· Lawn sprinkling
· Lawn and landscaping care for your home
· Snow removal


Association fees also include Clubhouse and common area:
· Management services
· Taxes
· Maintenance
· Lawn and landscaping care
· Street snow removal
· Maintenance of the entry gate system and security fence
· Utilities


Monthly Association Fees are $______ per month, and are due beginning at the completion date of your home. Completion date is defined as the date the home is ready to be occupied.
