Riverside Lodge Apartments are complete, featuring fully equipped kitchens, residential carpeting, and custom made draperies for all windows. An outside patio accessed from the living room awaits each resident's own special touch to decorate with outdoor furniture, plants and flowers.

Second floor apartments feature a balcony or a bay window with a beautiful golf course or courtyard view.

Inlaid vinyl flooring covers both the kitchen and bathing areas. The kitchens are equipped with full refrigerators, a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and genuine wood cabinets.

Bathrooms include a decorator vanity, quality fixtures, a medicine cabinet, and a shower or tub/shower unit. A space especially designed for a stackable washer/dryer is found in the bathroom or off the kitchen in each apartment.

For people who can live independently, but need some assistance with life's daily living tasks, there is Riverside Lodge Assisted Living. Licensed by the State of Nebraska, Riverside Lodge offers spacious and tastefully decorated private studios, suites, or apartments.

A Registered Nurse guides and directs a well trained and caring staff that is on duty twenty-four hours a day. Services also include medication supervision/ administration, three nutritious meals daily, an activities and social program, scheduled transportation and a wellness program.

Your security and peace of mind are important. All exterior doors to the facility are locked in the evening, and a voice entry system at the front door allows you to talk with visitors by telephone before letting them into the building. Residents have additional security because all of the unit doors open into an interior hallway.

All apartments are furnished with an urgency call system and smoke detectors that are monitored by our staff twenty-four hours a day. Attached garages are accessible from the central hallway of the building.

Your new home at Riverside Lodge cannot be compared to a conventional apartment. The beautifully decorated main lobby, library, central dining room, private dining room, activity/craft room, game room, multipurpose room and ice-cream shop are always available for activities with family and friends, as well as for group activities planned by Riverside Lodge.

A business center, which includes a bank, and a privately operated beauty/barber shop is located on site exclusively for Riverside Lodge residents.
